Blindspot Thursdays sessions are held every Thursday at 8:00 AM PST and run for 90 minutes. We start promptly at 8 AM, so we recommend joining a few minutes early to get settled and connect with other participants.
You can join any individual session that interests you - there's no requirement to attend every Thursday. Each session is designed to be valuable on its own, though many participants find that regular attendance helps them build momentum and see deeper patterns over time. We also provide replay access for registered participants who can't make it live.
Sessions are conducted via Zoom. You'll need a computer, tablet, or smartphone with internet access, a camera, and a microphone. We encourage participants to have their cameras on for the interactive portions, but it's not mandatory. You'll receive the Zoom link and any session materials via email after registration.
Blindspot Thursdays is educational coaching focused on leadership and personal development, not therapy. While we explore emotions and patterns, sessions are designed to be supportive and empowering rather than therapeutic. If deep emotions arise, Likky is trained to handle these moments with care while keeping the focus on practical tools and insights.
